Folks interested in finding a quilt a craft or a nearly-new item   while  supporting   an association   of environmentally  friendly  artsans,    will want to drop by Projet Récupération - Recycling Project Abercorn, during its Special Summer Opening July 21-25.

"There's bargains galore," say organizers, with items being "priced in a range that anyone can pay."

Membership in  the non- profit   organization,  which originated nine years ago, is open to all women, regardless of language, age, or culture.

Unique crafts

Working together once a week,  the   group  creates unique crafts using materials obtained from factory outlets, furniture and other discards.
Initially founded to stimu- late community co-operation

PR-RP is not only self-sufficient, but today even turns over all of its profits to various charitable organizations in need of support.
PR-RP, located at 11 Chemin de Églises Ouest, is open this Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
