We will convert VHS or DVD videos from the PAL or SECAM format to the US and Canadian NTSC format. The converted videos will be recorded on VHS or DVD.

PAL, short for Phase Alternating Line, is the analogue video format used in television transmission in most of Europe, Australia and some Asian, African, and South American countries.

SECAM is used in France, Bulgaria, Russia, Yugoslavia, and some other countries in Eastern Europe.

NTSC is the analog television standard for the United States and Canada. While a standard for the United States and Canada, it has been adopted in other countries as well, for example Japan.
